I've installed two on my own trucks and one for a friend. If you are going to buy one, get a PA (Performance Accessories) don't even look at anything else.
The frame will show under the bed pretty bad, but you can buy the optional gap guards or make them yourself to cover it. Other than the gap guards, PA kits come with everything you need.
I've got a DIY on the PA kits in the DIY section (basically it's a link to their installation manual) so you can check it out.
Body lifts are good in combination with level kits, as long as you don't do any real serious off-roading, if you do, nothing will beat a suspension lift, but now you are talking $$$...

Their website is performanceaccessories.com. I plan to get a PA lift soon, im gettin it from ebay. Its about 100 dollars cheaper
EVERYBODY sells the PA kits, Google it to find the place with the best price.
The only other things that will "show" after a body lift install is the front & rear bumpers, but the PA kit comes with the relocation brackets, so that won't be an issue.
Just remember, once you do a body lift and relocate the rear bumper, you can no longer use the rear bumper to tow! A frame mounted hitch will still work though...

I have a PA body lift. The only place the frame will show is in the rear wheel wells and that is easily fxed with a set of mopar wheel well liners. Forget the gap guards, they look like cr@p.
Does anyone have a picture with their truck and a PA lift? also, if you can show the difference with, and without the gap gaurds that'd help alot too.

But I agree with the 'Frog, the Mopar well liners would look even better. Even though I have a suspension lift and don't need to hide anything, I've thought about the Mopar liners for ease of cleaning after being in the Ga. red clay mud, but because I have air bags, I'd have to hack them to fit around the bags and I can't see spending good money on something and cutting it up...
Here's my old '98 2nd Gen Ram with a level kit and 3" PA Body Lift, as stated, my current '04 has a Rancho 4" Suspension Lift...

anyone ever install a BL without a level kit? I had to take my level kit out because of extreme 4x4 shudder. I hate the stock stance, but i thought if I could at least lift the truck it might look better. I did a quicky photo shop to see how it would look... not sure though. I might just have to save up for a full on suspension lift.
