Gears ?
NVM haha but out of them two. will it save me gas? what one is better and out of this slection what one do you like? i have limited money. http://www.4wheelparts.com/search.aspx?kw=Auburn+LSD+ and would you go with this over a superchip
Auburn LSD or a Detroit Tru Trac what are these? and i have the same tires as you do in the pic i love them. never been stuck. im trying to get pics up on here soon but just havent got to it. also i live in ithaca with a **** tone of hills is t still worth me getting the gears? and and brand i should go with?
I don't think 4:88's will fit on the stock carrier. You would have to upgrade. 4:56's can be installed with the stock carrier so all that you would need are the ring and pinions plus the shimming kit. Also, with the 4:88's you really would want stronger axles. If I were to install gears, I would get 2-detroit TrueTrac carriers and 2 sets of 4:56 gears/install kits. That's the right way to do it. With that set-up plus labor will run you $2500 total for everything. The carriers are $500each No clutch packs, no friction modifier needed, no chattering, no lock/unlock noises, no bucking or jumping when they kick in/out like alot of clutch packs or pure lockers do. These things are super smooth and you'll feel like you have your stock carriers in there. They are awesome.

I dont think you can put a Trutrac in the front. I dont think it uses an lsd up front. I may be wrong though. Dodgenitto can answer this for me. You

if your dodge truck is IFS (then you can only find it for the rear!) Detroit does not make a LSD for for dodge IFS. Spend $6000 on a solid axle swap, then go for it!
