Default Exhaust problems???

Hey everyone new to the forum i just bought a 2006 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi and i had a garage put on a new exaust they cut out the original muffler an one resinator and installed a FLOWMASTER 44 SERIES mufller with duals off that going out the back i have read some forums and see some people have the same problem when at low rpm going into over drive it makes a drone like or loud humming noise some say it's the MDS kicking in my question is how do i get rid of it but still keep the duals and nice sound is there another muffler i can replace it with to fix it or should i just go back to the stock exhaust? It's to bad because it sounds really nice untill it kicks in to OD thank for any help.

Just drive it in tow/haul mode. This disables the MDS.

Yeah, the Diablo and Superchips units both allow you to turn off MDS. Gains are fairly the same from what I understand too.

It's a really bad resonance caused by the exhaust. I've heard it in an '06 Hemi QCSB 4x2 with a relatively mild FM50 in it. Trust me, if you've got it, you'd trade it in a hearbeat straight up for your ex mother-in-law sitting in the back on every trip, telling you what a failure you are...
