It's not too hard. Your choice of any single to dual muffler and have a shop run duals for you. Or get one of the kits that includes all the parts. Or a single muffler split with a y. Or true duals. The list is endless.

For your question on an exhaust system for a 2007 Hemi w/MDS, please read this before getting it, please, this is my experience....It sounds good taking off from a stand still, but when the mds kicks in, it sounds like the engine is out of time when it is initially shutting off the 4 cylinders, then it sounds like a 4 banger, don't waste your money, I did that mistake to find out, and the mds works most of the time in the city, even in residential streets when going 20-40 kms/hr with the throttle at a steady hold. The mds works whenever it senses constant speed, at any speed! from 10-120km/hr, trust me, with a after market exhaust you can hear it work, and it's embarrasing, especially going slowly at 10km/hr, it'll sound like your engine is going to blow up, lol.... Trust me..... stick with your factory exhaust, and get other mods like an intake or programmer, but leave your exhaust factory for now, I'm sure they'll invent an exhaust system for our trucks with a mds system, one muffler for the V8 sound and another muffler for the V4 sound. Hopefully this will help you, in your question. For my experience, it was money flushed down the toilet, and the mileage you get with an aftermarket exhaust system with this 5.7 hemi w/mds, it is worse! Not better, don't believe the B.S. out there, I found out for myself.

yeah if your going to get exhaust be aware of the annoying mds drone. The best thing you can do is go ahead with your exhaust work and then get a handheld programmer with mds delete option ( diablosport predator). youll have the option of a few different tuned settings between economy and performance and YOU CAN SHUT THE DAMN MDS OFF, can check and clear check engine lights and you can use it as a data logger to get 0-60,1/4 mile times and other awesome options..........MDS sucks. from what ive seen and heard others say it doesnt even help with the mpg's all that much. i personally have a 4.7l and my bro in law has the hemi. the drone is really annoying and im glad i have teh 4.7l without mds. search MDS in the forum and youll see what others are saying doing. You can get a custom exhaust done for around $300 and the programmers are usually $350+.

I did the exhaust with the MDS sounded like crap so I sold the exhaust. Take my advice and spend your money on something else.

MDS can be a pain but all you have to do is go into tow haul, or overdrive off until you reach highway speeds. Come on guys it only takes pushing 1 button...

Go a head with the exhauste, the MDS is kind of anoying for the first 1000 miles but you'll get used to it. Besides if you've ever rode in a old vehicle then i wont really bother you at all. I have a 67 Barracuda streight piped and thats kind of anoying after 2hrs. on the freeway. Lol
