Default Cheap but good set of 35s

Pretty soon after I get my body lift, i'll be looking to get some 35s. I like the look and want to keep the stock rims. I don't need to worry much about flex and such because not much offroading will be done. What are a good, but fairly cheap set of 35s? I was looking at the Cooper Discoverer STT in a 35/12.5/20 for 276.00 a piece. When I say cheap, I mean not 500 per tire like the BFG A/T.

What made you sell them so fast?

I think that he is implying that he sold the durango. If he sold it and then bought the truck that is clearly a major improvement. lol But as far as cheap I would look more at the cooper S/T instead of the STT. The STT is a beast of a tire and is loud as hell.. trust me. However they will go through anything... we have them on the F350 brush truck at the fire department and they will tear through most anything. They have the same exact tread pattern as the Toyo MT's and wear well but are very noisy. The S/T's on the other hand are a more suitible tire for your application as they are basically an aggressive A/T. They will last longer, drive smoother, and be alot quiter than the STT's. Personally I wouldn't get the STT's with an exception to two reasons... 1) you have a 4x4 and need a tire that will get you there and back yet still be able to drive it to and from work the next day or 2) you just want it for the beefy looks. Either way the choice is up to you but I would look into the S/T's possibly if you won't be off roading.

Nitto Terra Grapplers are a good cost-effective AT tire that you can use for just about anything

Yeah I have the Khumo AT's (33x11.5x17) and love them. They are great in the rain, snow, and dead quite on the road. They are pretty cheap as well. The only reason I am not going to get them again is because I am looking at 37 and 38'' mud tires.
