technically, mine is supposed to produce 10.5HP at 5500rpm, but im not going to be stomping it that hard. it does seems to help the response on acceleration though. as for mpgs...if you baby the gas peddle you could probably gain 1-2 if yourt lucky. it all depends if you eliminate that whole stock intake.
