People who have ran thier truck at the track step inside...

Don't believe the times reported by a handheld programmer. They're good for before & after comparisons but aren't anything close to the timeslip you'd take home from the track.
My truck with an intake & programmer ran 15.9 @ 87. The power wire mod may add a little but I don't expect much. I'm happy with the results for having a 6k lb truck with two mods.

that wouldn't be bad at all to get a heavy truck like that to run those numbers.. i would be happy for sure. When i find the qc hemi i am looking for i am going to get a base line when its stock and then start to build.. I would like to end up with it supercharged or turboed.. Always wanted a decently fast truck with 4 door that i could tow my stang to the track with then after making a couple of pass with the stang run the truck some for a fun factor..By the way what car did you have the ls1 in.. i have always wanted to build one but have always been into mustangs or atleast the fox bodies.. My stang runs 11.40's on motor and on the bottle runs 10.30's.. What did yours run

I'm also a fan of stangs...do you post on mustangforums.com? I mainly check out the street/strip section there. If you ever get a LS1 then LS1.com has a great bunch of guys over there...LS1tech has a lot of info too. You can get a 98 for extremely cheap and the aftermarket is huge...not as big as the foxes but still pretty big.

yeah i am on a bunch of the mustang forums. mostly the local ones around here but i am on corral which is big for stangs. I have a buddy that has a 2000 z28 with the ls1 and it has a big cam long tubes and all the reg bolt ons and it is a strong runner for sure. On the highway from a roll it is real strong

My ram ran a 14.7 with the mods in my sig. It should be quicker, I added a stall converter and the DSP and ran the same time.. I think it was cause of my tune, i got the new CROM update and havent tried it. Im also spinning in 4x4 cause of bald front tires. I run a 2.09 60'. Truck fell flat on its face around the 1000'. Heres the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTsz7cyIvUQ
