I will remove the belt on tuesday when I have some all day free time so I can hopefully diagnose the problem as well fix it. If anyone has heard this noise and knows exactly what it is feel free to chime in thanks and any other opinions are welcome!!

removed the belt and the engine is running good, the noise is im guessing a pulley or has to do with the fan. Sometimes the fan has a little play in it, but I noticed the pulley that connects to the fan is moving alot. It's moving toward the front and back of the vehicle a little more then it should IMO. I can notice the belt is moving a little more then usual around this pulley and I want to say its the pulley!

Could a bad water pump cause the wobbly pulley? Tighten, swap with a new pulley? A simple tightening should fix this right?

Yep, sounds like the water pump is getting ready to puke on ya. Better fix it before you get stranded!!

Chances are it is either the bearings in the water pump..which isn't really that hard to replace your self or the fan clutch. Don't take the belt off to find the problem. Do that last. Reason being is that if you take the belt off then if it is one of those two you eliminate both of them at the same time and won't know which. Take the fan and clutch assembly off first by way of an open end wrench and placing a flat head screwdriver in one of the holes on the pully if you do not have a spanner wrench. See if this eliminates the noise. if it doesn't leave the fan off then take the belt off. But remember if by the off chance it is something else like say maybe pwr steering pump then you eliminate it all with the belt. Oh don't leave the truck running too long without the belt because it will over heat..been there and done that...twice!!

oh,..and when you do put the fan back on don't worry about trying to tighten it like crazy just get it snugg and the engine rotation will take care of the rest..ie..spins in the oppsite direction hence tightening the fan clutch to the pully.

Hahaha.....Sounds like something I would say!

I hate it when people say Bless you when I sneeze. WTF? Why does everyone say that crap. How do they know if I want to be blessed, and what, now I have to say thank you for something I didn't want in the first place?....lol I could rant on lots of things...hehehehe
