Default am i dumb or is this not a good thing

iam new at this whole not haveing someone else work on my truck for me thing so bare with me here

i was looking at my muffle and noticed a steady drip of water comeing from it, not the tip but the muffler its self will post pics when my stupid computer decides it wants to work right

mine does it too, only in the morning or when its been sitting for a long time. I just assumed it was condensation and nothing serious. I never really thought past that point though...

i just think its a little off becouse there is no condinsation anywhere else on my truck or outside but i guess i could do like you and just ignore thanks for the ease of mind

Condensation. I've noticed it on alot of the stock mufflers. I just cut mine off and went with Magnaflow.

i guess before starting the truck up, if you look under or even take a rag and wipe the muffler and see if theres condensation on it.

nah, just j/k. You hung yourself when you asked that question. Just condensation inside the tank from hot/cold. Just like your interior windows of your car if your mats are wet and breathing on the glass.

It is a weep hole to let the condensation out to help keep the system from rotting away. Pretty common on oem systems.

The '06 f450 where I work has a hole in the muffler. My oem did not have one.
