Question Throttle Body Spacer

Are throttle body spacers worth getting? Will they help out much? I know a few people who had them and said that they make a loud whistleing noise? Has any one had this problem and would you recommend it?

I've had a couple. One on my 98 GMC Vortec 350 and an '01 Dodge Ram Sport 5.9 and all they do is whistle when you accelerate. No power gains at all. Easier ways of throwing $100 away if you ask me.

xfeejayx they can just send their $100 to my paypal account and ill save up to buy myself something nice. that way they can waste there $100 and i can then take it and do something useful with it. my paypal account name is Nickahern1@yahoo.com for anyone interested. SO if anyones planning on getting one just go ahead and send the money to me because if you did actually get it you would be just as mad sending it to me as you would be actually getting the paperweight you paid $100 for. hell ill even throw pics up of what i spent your hard earned money on.
