Need to know what spark-plugs I should use for my 4.7

Basically what I just posted. Any positive or negative feedback?

I run Iridiums and never had a problem and they last longer as well.
My understanding is that the cooper plugs for our 4.7l's are supposed to be changed every 30k.
my dealer charge 50 to put em in and the plugs were like 60 so i paid like 110.
