yeah mine only rattles when its super tight all the way up. i put it down so its still closed but without the pressure from being all the way up. does that make sense? haha

 

I only get the noise if I'm in a cross wind and it catches the opposite side of the pickup, somewhat pulling the door away from the jam

 

With my truck I have a whistling noise. I heard this better when the windows is down and the frequency increases the faster that I go. Since it's winter I don't put down my windows and don't really notice it much. I believe my problem is the clad wheel making the noise, but I have not had a chance to prove that.
