well, as it turns out, the guy that owns it works at a shop down the street that repairs our fleet vehicles at work. They said it is NOT street legal at all, it is just for show/publicity. no function at all except for getting attention. A little something to show how radical they could build you something.

Yea a locker would probably help too. I don't have one and I've never used a truck with one in it so I'm not sure of the difference. I've heard good things though.

Im gonna try and find out how they transport it, since its not street legal. I wonder if they just drive it with an escort, or if they get it hauled to where it needs to be displayed...

Trucks like that are usually hauled around on flat trailers until they get to their location. They are almost never driven other then up onto the trailer and back down off of it.
