Dude tell me about it...a week after I bought the truck someone hit the center of my drivers door with their bumper. Can't even go to the damn movie theater without someone hitting my ****.

 

lawsuit time... medical bills, property loss, loss of use, lost wages, pain and suffering. i've got a buddy that would turn that into a 1/2 million dollar claim... he'd claim that he couldn't work, couldn't pay for his truck, blah, blah, and he'd win it..

 

Sounds like a *****. No need to go overboard and make **** up just to be a douche bag.

 

i have only 4 or 5 dents in mine... i believe all from my brother and dad... 2 in the bed, one on the tailgate, one on the rear bumper and i think one on the driver's side of the bed... none on the outside are big, so cant complain much... it's a truck, as much as i want it spotless and mint, i use it like a truck!

luckily no incidents with others *****knock on wood*****

Yeah I totally agree. Sure get them to cover damages to the truck and a rental for a temp as well as all of the medical costs as well as possible missed work but there is no real reason to fry her *** unless this was done deliberately in which case, well you know.

 

The jerk passenger got right out and started to pull what was left off his rubber bumper...then he claimed he was injured when the cops showed up....what an *******.......

 

Sucks to hear. I have avoided any issues so far with mine.

 

You should have followed you sign on and "dodge and not get hit"
