There's no way my truck is ever going to be a pavement queen like an SRT-10.
As of now, I don't do much driving in the country, but that's because things are slow right now, so there's no reason for me to go out there that much. In the summer I'll be going out there more often than I do now, and I drive on the sand roads and rock roads. I don't do heavy off-roading with my truck, but want it to be able to handle it.
What is the ply rating on the Coopers? I think I'm just going to go with those tires. Mickey Thompson's will kill me unless I go to a smaller rim, and buying new rims will cost even more than in a 20.

fyi, at discount tire if you find a link to a site that sells the tires cheaper, they will match it. i found one that was the same price and threw in some bs, just because i knew they could come down, and they emailed me back with a slightly lower price. but by then i had already bought the tires when it was save $60 on a set of 4 (cyber monday)

That right there is some BS. They check all prices for any match they are going to do. They don't just take the customers word.
Also, Cyber Monday they had $50 savings if you bought 4 tires and/or wheel combination.

Well, he's not looking for a pure offroader tire, so the 4-ply Extra Load Cooper is sufficient.

LOL, he's all confused! he doesn't even know what he wants, he justs wants change. Nothing wrong with that.
Also, you can clearly tell he has priced out an SRT-10 look as he has the exact price down to the pennies.

Hey, that's not very nice. I'm just trying to be smart with my purchase, and know exactly what I'm buying. I've been doing a lot of reading of reviews, and looking at various sites.

When I first got my truck, the two other types that I wanted was either a Daytona or an SRT-10. So one day I decided to compare the prices of imposter vehicles for all things. My prices were just taken off of sites where they offer them and it's not full dollar amounts or estimations.

Not trying to be mean but youve made so many threads about tires. just buy the coopers...no doubt that theyd fit your needs. but when you say you want a show truck but also want offroad capabilities...you contrdict yourself there.

Coppers will still allow even a pavement queen like an SRT-10 look damn good!
