Did you use regular spray on the wheels? Or atleast Caliper spray that has Ceramic in it for durability.
I personally wouldn't paint mine. I would have them powder coated. That's the only real way to make them last.
They look good right now though. Looks like you did a quality job. Not too hard to scuff quickly again in the near future and throw on another few coats to freshen them up! Just a PIA is all.

A properly prepared and painted wheel will last a long time. Hell mine keep geting hit with snow and road salt and they still look like new. Plus, powdercoating is so much more expensive than paint that wheels can be painted 5, 6, 7 times or more before getting close to the same cost as powdercoat.

I too agree, it looks great. Only thing i would have done different would be only painting the spokes leaving an aluminum looking edge and maybe chrome center cap. But thats simply a matter of personal taste. Damn nice work, and the badges especially the 1500 on the door...nice contrasting look.

haha.. thas funny.. cheap deals on ebay does not bea $60 in paint/sandpaper/etc... sorry..
and the those factory 20's actually are a good style.. just couldnt stand the plain jane silver on silver any more..
and yes it is semi flat black on the emblems... thanks for the compliments guys!.. im really happy with how they came out!.. beat my expectations thats for sure
