If he took it to an auction, they wouldn't sell this truck as a rare one, whereas a special edition of only a few hundred is classified as rare. His is just classified as a unique vehicle.

ya yours looks almost like a power wagon the heavy duty badge will fit right in. i have the getrag 6-spd

One thing I have learned by watching to much tv is that, On vehicle's With the right finess, Anything can bolt to anything.

You have a 3/4 ton with a 1500 badge...

But If you have the half ton axle and IFS, I bet the 0rginal 4.7 was exchanged for the 5.7 and the fly wheal + clutch from a hemi 2500 was swapped in..

Thier two versions of the getrag 6 sp, on the pass side of the transmisson thier should be a sticky with date of birth, type of getrage.

A hemi with a 6sp is not a drag racer, Thier not slow, but geared for torque.
