supercharger
I know dodge is compatible with procharger.... but I am a huge fan of the whipple supercharger line any one got any ideas as to if they are going to make a compatible whipple for the 5.7
Kennebell is making a 2.2L for the 5.7L capable of over 500hp with the 03hemi's. No supporting numbers yet for the 06+ 5.7L nor any anticipated arrivals.

i'm not too sure....why you so interested in a s/c???ever thought bout doin a turbo??? i know i was always the one sayin that s/c belong on v8's and turbo's on diesels and little 4 bangers....but i've really turned on that and starting to believe that turbos are the way to go....bad thing with the s/c is it takes hp to make hp, turbo just goes with the "flow"
The twinscrews don't use up as much HP as other s/c'ers but there's nothing like power that's instant vs turbo lag. The bigger the turbo, the more lag from spooling.
Ever driven a turbocharged v8? A properly sized turbo will make more boost sooner in the rpm range than any supercharger.
best solution: twin turbo in series
Yes I have. No descent size Turbo can spool up max HP potential by 1800rpms as a Twinscrew can accomplish and maintain that through the entire rpm range.
For the average street driven truck maniac, a twinscrew is by far the better solution. For driveability and cost effective solution. A nice Twin Turbo kit can run $8/9+k
Twinscrew kit can run a few thousand cheaper.

hmmm...i still think i'd rather go with a turbo over a s/c....always loved s/c and i always will...personally i think a turbo is the best way to go, but to each their own just my opinion....twin turbo makes me happy lol
