Anti spin is more like a limited slip.

It allows the wheels to turn at different rates when turning. A locker, true locker, doesn't do that.

Should also add that a true locker, in unexperienced hands will put you in a ditch on a wet road quickstyle.

Not really true on either of the last two posts. I true locker will allow the outside tire to spin faster than the inside while going around corners so long as you aren't applying too much torque to it. A spool, on the other hand, doesn't allow any difference at all between the driven tires, it creates understeer, it will chirp/squeal a tire around the corner, and could put you in the ditch. Same goes for welded spider gears (lincoln locker, etc).

That's right. Once again, I'm confusing my rearend with a hole on the ground. Spool, locker. Anti-spin, LSD, are the most forgiving on the road.

That all depends on the locker you are using. There are lockers that will do that and some that wont. You need to know what you are buying and putting in your truck, and understand what it can and cant do.
