700 miles a year, thats it! i put on about that much in a month and i thought i didnt drive my truck much. that means your truck should have about 3k mile on it right now assuming you bought it new.
i dont think you should try to paint your rims black. i dont think they look good. just try to sell them now and see how they go on ebay. you should be able to get a few hundred dollars for them then just pay the extra cash to get what you really want. your truck does look good right now with those stock 20s. do you really want to copy someone elses truck?

My honest opinion (and I love black rims) would be to just leave them like they are. I don't know if you have ever seen those flower petal rims painted black but they don't really look great. I don't know what it is about the design but they don't really lend themselves to being blacked out. I think your truck looks good with the chrome rims, I would leave it the way it is.

I'd get them black.

Sand blast the chrome then have them powder coated

lol just messing with you those rockstars are definitely nice rims. i would mind having a pair myself but i think they look better on lifted trucks with big mudding tires, like yours except your truck isnt as huge as some of the trucks ive seen with them.
you should keep your stock rims unless you have some extra $ to spend

dont paint your stockers. nuff said. best job ive seen was where the rim was black, but the center ram head was lift chrome, and it still wasnt great. either wait for the cash and buy the wheels you want, or leave your wheels alone. they dont look bad in the first place. and if you do get new wheels, im sure you could recoup about 2 or maybe 3 hundred dollars for them.

I think these look pretty good. These are my new wheels as soon as my wife lets me, Unless I can get some custom Smiley face wheels, Something modeled after this .
