approximate gear oil quantities
Manual doesn't say how much for rear and front differentials is needed to fill em up. I realize it won't be exact but I'd like to know roughly so I order the right amount from mobil1. i know what weights and about the friction mod for the rear but that's all that is in my manual. checked faq's and DIY didn't see it.
dont know if this helps but someone posted this when i was inquiring about it

I just did mine about a month ago, and I wanna say the front 205MM axle took just about 2 qts. The rear took 2.5 qts. You'll need 2 qts for the front and 3 for the back. They take different grades. From the spec sheet posted, which I believe to be correct, the front takes 70w-140, and the rear takes 80w-90, both synthetic.

I know the back requires Synthetic, but not sure if the front does. Regardless if it were me, I would just put in Synthetic. You only talking about an extra $25
mine didn't say synthetic required but i'm doing it regardless the thought of not using synthetic never crossed the mind.
