i must say i do love my 57 series, plus if you have a warranty the tuner will interfere with it.

how?? you change it back to stock everytime you take it back to the dealer so its like it wasnt there

I say both, CAI isn't that expensive. PEP boys, Autozone, etc.. have kits you can get that work well for less than $60 including the washable Hi Flow filter. When I saw these I got one and ran it down close to my bumper. I felt a change and getting rid of the resonator made it sound better.

tuner is teh best bang for your buck for performance gains. the tuner was my best mod to date. Cai is good too though helps breathe better. look around in calssifieds or on ebay. maybe you can get both for the the price of one brand new... ive seen guys get programmers for as low as $160 ( saw the thread today) and can find them all the time for $250sh. intakes can range from under $50 to $400 or so. i paid $220ish for mine ( volant on 4.7l is good but volant for the 5.7l is a waste cause it doesnt remove the airbaffle/resonator)
