Default cb radio help

Hey everyone, I am planning on putting a cb radio in my truck and I am not sure if this will work so I am just wondering if any of you cb radio owners out there will know the answer...
I just bought these two items on ebay (cb radio and a cb radio antenna)

http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Cobra-19-Ult...3A1%7C294%3A50

http://cgi.ebay.com/CB-Radio-Aerial-...3A4%7C294%3A50

My question is..on the antenna description it says that the antenna has a SMA connector that goes into the cb...does anyone know if that Cobra cb has a SMA connector so I can connect that antenna?

Thanks for the help

The antenna looks as though it does not have the "standard" connector for the Cobra. Sorry I do not know what the name of the right connector is but that one looks alot smaller than the one on mine. I wonder if that one isn't for a scanner or other type of radio.

thats probably the size you need, its the most standard for cb's. thats what would fit my cobra 29. I always called it a "coax"

Looks fine to me, remember the part entering the CB will slip a bit and in the pic looks shoved all the way fwd. Large thread etc. Not to mention its a picture. Alot gets lost for detail in a pic.

I never really have gotton good range with the stuff I buy. I think alot of the truckers are using signal boosters and amplifiers...

Sorry, I mean the connector looks small. Take a look at the ends that Redone shows they are the ones I am used to seeing.
