Damage... HELP?!?!

Damage... HELP?!?!
So I just cranked my torque bars up (just a bit), detailed my truck, got the alignment, and was really happy to be driving my Ram... and then suddenly, it all went to crap.
While unloading some paver stones out of my truck, one was dropped. It bounced off the side of the truck. Now there is an unpleasant dent with an ever more unpleasant scratch all the way to the metal. I am really really not happy.
Anyone have experience fixing stuff like this that can tell me the best way to approach this? I really don't want to take it somewhere and pay tons of money.

The dent is probably to big for the paintless dent fix. Simple fill and touch up. Still will run you over $200 easily though at any shop.

Get a big red or black marker, write ouch on it..
No really though, I have had some pretty large dents repaired via paintless dent repair, It would be worth it to atleast show it to someone.
You could always give this a crack: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/820799...asy_and_cheap/ ,But if you do let us know how it works out.
Keep in mind though, It's not a real truck unless its got a dent or 2 in the body. Whatever you do get some clear coat on it quickly,You don't want rust.
