try a couple of bottles of rubbing alcohol in the fuel tank, if you have water it will mix with it creating a combustable mixture. With the extreme cold, you may have some ice build up in the lines, its worth a try.

Wouldnt the 3 bottles of iso heat and the can of sea foam taken care of any water/ice?

Well today I checked the compression and the fuel pressure. The fuel pressure was a steady 60 psi at idle which I figured it would be since it idles fine so I jacked it up and tried to keep it a steady 25 mph and watched the gauge I couldnt get the truck to hold steady with no resitance so tried a stop/start and 1 time I thought I saw a dip down to 50 psi as I was just starting to get it to roll(which is when I sometimes have a problem) but it was too quick to be sure. Now the compression.
Cyl 1 .145
Cyl 3. 172
Cyl 5. 140
Cyl 7. 140
Cyl 2. 146
Cyl 4. 150
Cyl 6. 142
Cyl 8. 140- (but took about 5 cranks to get there)
All the other cyl took about 3 cranks to get to max but I did each 1 7 times anyway. I am not sure why Cyl 3 was so much higher. Do these numbers look OK to you guys? The book I have says no PSI data available just check each cylinder and a difference of 40 psi is a problem. Anybody have any ideas?

Default update 2/25

Well after giving up and taking it in to the dealer it was the EGR valve. I thought the engine light would come on if it was EGR apparantly not all the time. I almost replaced it cause I was thinking it could be it also but I didnt want to waist the $50.00 on a part I didnt need. Instead it cost me $280.00 for that and a PCM software update (not sure what was included in the update). I also had a leaking power steering return hose that I was going to fix this spring but figured they may as well go ahead and do it so it is done. In total it was $401.61. I wish I didnt have to pay that much but as long as it is fixed I can live with it. Thanks for your help guys.

I know the stalling issue sometimes just takes a reset of the TPS, have you tried that?
I said that back on the 20th, but yeah, before they effect the truck enough to bog it as bad as you say you were bogging down, they'll pop a CEL.
I'm thinking it really wasn't bogging to the extent you thought it was. But anyway, it's good that it's fixed.
Cleaning or replacing the EGR should be a regular tune-up routine, no different than cleaning the throttle body...
