Default problems with 05 hemi

I am having some issues with my truck bogging down and stalling. I notice it MOST when I am holding at 1 speed between 20-35 mph but I can tell it is doing it on the freeway too just not as noticable. It doesnt stall that often definately not everytime I drive it. I feel some hesitation when I start going slowly also. It started about a month ago I hoped it was ice or water but I ran 3 cans of iso heat through and didnt solve it so I was thinking it was a injector so I ran a can of lucas inj cleaner through it and then a can of sea foam still no luck. Tonight I changed the plugs I didnt really think it was the problem but it was time anyway. The engine light is NOT on so I am out of ideas. I think I am going to have to go to a dealer unless you guys can help. Thank you in advance.

I have had the exact same problem. We believe it is the IAC, so the dealer had to put in a new throttle body. I am hoping this fixes it, but wont know for a little while as it stalls randomly. Appearently this is the faulth of the 05, but they wont recall it. not very happy with dodge right now

Hemi's don't have a IAC valve...the pcm uses the throttle blade to control idle. If you take the baffle off the TB you'll see the blade cracked open at idle.

Clean the TB like hemiyellow said

Maybe your convertor is starting to block up. Does your truck run hot at all? Usually if your convertor is blocking it will run hotter. If it gets any worse maybe have your fuel pressure checked. Just some ideas.

Thanks good post I will try and check that out today.

Coles Dad to answer your question no problem with over heating or even getting a little hot. Thanks.
