Default Nitto Tires

I tried searching your site but did not come up with anything. I am in the market for some new tires and I was looking at some 33" or 35" Nitto DUNE Grapplers as they are fairly cheap and look good. Does anyone have any experience with these tires at all. I mostly do highway/city driving but I like to go off-roading every now and then. Thanks

The DuneGrapplers are made for sand, so the tread probably wont last long on the street. At least not as long as some of the other tires out there.

i just read a review on them, and they say they are terrible offroad and in the mud as well as on the street, strictly a sand tire.

yes your review site is correct they are a sand tire if your looking for a mud tire look into the mudgrappler in the nitto line i have them and love them granted i only put 800 miles a year on the ram (glorified hunting truck) but they are loud as hell and wear poorly from what i read not a street tire but i love them. if your looking for a decent mud tire and a great wearing street tire look into the cooper ltz's this will be my next set great reviews and allot og guys on hear role with them .......and sorry for all the mis spelling its late and im drinky whiskey

Yea, those ones have excellent wear on them, and look pretty nice. The only bad thing is that they are extremely pricey. I was going to get some, but they came to almost $1800 on my truck, so I decided against them.
