Default NEWBIE with a quick question

I have a 05 quad cab and i was wondering what the 6.5ft bed was classified as. short bed or long bed?... i always thought long beds were 8+ft but things change

i searched and looked in the faqs... no help in either

I believe that's a short bed. Believe me, you'd know if you had a long bed, they are extremely long between the front of the bed and the front of the rear fender well.

thanks... im looking for a new exhaust system and i found a flowmaster cat back system and i just wanted to make sure

also will these headers work as a direct drop in replacement for the factory exhaust manifold?

6.5ft is a short bed

It's a short bed, just put some sheets of drywall in it and you will see that it is short.

These will work if you have the 4.7L V8. Will not work on the 5.7L Hemi.
