I'm trying to figure out where to get the factory clips to build one. I really don't want to cut the wires for warranty purposes. Anyone know?

I stopped at the Radio Shack and they did not have any 5.5 k ohm resisters so I ended up geting 5.6 k-ohm do you think there is gonna be a problem using these also nobody ever said what watt resister so I got the common 1/2 watt. will be installing this weekend if the Rain holds off.

All the posts I've seen on them and what I bought myself were 1/4 watt 2.2k ohm and 4.7k ohm resistors. Don't know if the 1/2 watt 5.5 will make that much of a difference.

.25 watt will be fine. Its only drawing milliamps through that wire...
