Borla Exhaust
#11
daytonas have resonated exhaust tips.. I changed mine to some 4" magnaflow tips.. and it still wasnt loud enough. so I went with a maganflow 14" muffler and its at a good tone now, its not too loud and its not too quiet.
I have a lorrado access soft roll up tunno cover, it works really good and is inside the rails so it will fit with the wing.
and I'm going with a BFI CAI. its well worth the money and theres a group buy going on now.
or there is the ones that will hook up to the hood scoop, but on a DD, it would be a pain in the ***.

I have a borla catback on my truck, when I first had it installed the tone was really mellow too. But adding a cai changes the tone a little and makes it a little deeper and nicer. I also have the resonated tip on mine as well which I am thinking of ditching for something else. They just dont keep a good shine to them and if it makes things a little louder/deeper well that will just be an added bonus...

This is not my thread. But I did post under another name "drvortec7081" and he did supply many videos for you to see. Any questions, just ask.
Footnote: The muffler hasa nice growl through the gears. Once on the highway, you can't hear it. I have a 11month old that sleeps like a baby on the highway
