Yes, and if I had been able to just order it & wait for it, I might have been able to get one like that. Unfortunately, anything that came with a Hemi on the lot, ALSO came with a laundry list of related (and unrelated) options that added up to just under six grand.

Even so, a grand for 35 more HP? Still not worth it in my book.

Maybe he confused it with the Cummins option. Only a $6100 premium!

I'm not ball-busting; just asking a question. Did you get the intake tube and a Airaid filter for the stock airbox for $100.00, or just the tube? I got the entire Airaid CAI package for a little over $200.00.

The MIT is $100 new w/o filter...if you got the whole CAI for $200 new then that's a good deal.

My 4wd Lonestar Hemi at one dealer was $4,000 cheaper than a 4.7L 4wd Lonestar at another dealer.

I only got the tube part because the area where i live, I drive down alot of dirt roads and I didn't want the whole exposed air filter thing.and from what I looked at I thought $100 for some kinda intake system wasn't that bad

I can understand that, but are you going to install a replacement Airraid filter over the stock filter in your airbox, or just continue to use the stock filter?

Ok, that's where I was going. Sounds good, doesn't it?
