I just installed on my Truck and took it for a test drive and can't beleive the difference in the throttle response, it has been raining here so the roads are wet but she spins the tires way easier then she did before even on wet roads. went out in the country and lit it up till she smoked before I let off and was really impressed with a simple $115 bolt on it gives quite a bang for the buck. I am waiting to see what it does for MPG after I get use to it and start driving good again right now itis just fun to chirp the big Mud tires. Here is picture of the installed MIT on my Truck.

And are you happy with the filter you are using?? good performance??
I was going with the kn, but some guys are running the amsoil. The amsoil looks really good and is tempting, but I know kn is very good as far as performance. So many decisions, so much info, my head spins more and more every time I read something new on this forum!!

I have the K&N drop in filter that is what I have run in all my trucks for the last 10 years or so. I have never had a problem and the cleaning is not that much harder than the amsoil I clean mine about every 6 months when I am doing other maintence on the truck so no big deal to me.
