rough country lifts a garbage...put in simple terms. you really dont see it till you see a quality lift. your cvs will be at a rediculous angle because the diff sits where it always has. I dont like rough country at all. it brings in the saying you get what you pay for.

I know people are going to comment alot on my oppinion and to be honest i dont care because it is my oppinion and i do alot of lifts at work and they are by far the WORST i have seen

You're doing real well, I had about a half dozen body lifts under my belt, had the luxury of a buddy's step dads tire shop lift and his help, and it took us about 8 hours to install my Rancho 4" Suspension Lift.

I've heard the Rough Country was a little lower end "economy" kit, but I know a couple people with them who've never had an issue. I wouldn't worry about it...

Well I got it installed and I honestly doesn't ride much worse than stock. I am very impressed with it and for the money I think it is a very good kit.

and as for your comment free rider..... I don't really care what you think. Also the CV axels are not at a huge angle because If you knew what your were talking about, you would know that the front differential DOES NOT sit where it always has because the kit comes with drop brackets for your front differential. There for it is not at much greater angle than stock. So unless you have something positive to say and actually KNOW what your talking about then keep it to yourself and stop acting like you know what your talking about because its obvious you dont.

So for anyone looking for a good quality affordable lift kit (not top of the line obviously) I highly recommend the Rough Country kit. People like Freerider are steering people away from them only because they don't know what they are talking about.

Thanks,
Steve

I'm working on them. Its been raining here and its suppose to rain tomorrow and wed. So I'll get them up asap. Not really any problems, its just a lot of work. I would HIGHLY recommend doing this on a lift if you have access to one. Thats what I did and I can't imagine doing it without a lift. It would have take probably two full days or more.

Haha, no kidding.

And freerider, you can say you've done tons of lifts, but that's not going to impress this group very much. At the moment you've got no vehicle listed or pictured. Perhaps you should show the group what it is you're driving around before you get all judgemental.

And it if you expect to have credibility, it better kick *** after starting all this.
