im not sure on that one ....that would be a good one to ask airram for sure....i think he said with 206's you need ported heads , sct (to take real advantage of those cams) , headers , and ya the 70 mm.... but im not to sure
You are correct. You will see better gains with a sct tuner and ported heads but its not needed to run the 206 cams. You just wont see the full potential from them. There was one member on another forum who was running superchips and the 206s along with other mods (not sure if he had ported heads) and was making impressive times.
Myself Im sticking with superchips to run the 206 cams and call it a day.
