Let me know what you guys think.

On the 2007 they added chrome step-up rails

Also Raminator you said look at the usual areas. Now I have never owned a Pickup so other than interior, engine bay, exterior paint, tires and stuff like that what else would you suggest?
well, i probably would have a mechanic look over it because they would know better what to look for. with that new of a truck, you most likely will not have to worry about it but just to be safe, check to see if there are any signs of abuse on the truck

If I had to pick based just on the ads I would go with the white one. Personally, I think it is the better looking of the two trucks. But you have to go check them out in person before making any kind of a decision. There is only so much info you can get from an internet ad.

+1 on the White one, it looks great. I am slightly partial to that color.

If it has the 3.92 it can tow 7500lbs with 20" rims, i have the 17" on mine and its rated at 8500.
the tow mirrors might be part of the Big Horn Edition package.

Also, that 06 is missing some smaller dash items, like the cig lighter, and the 12v accessorie cover. it may not mean much, but i am one for details like that.

Honestly, either one is a great truck, both look great. I love my 06 so far. but i am still in my Hemimoon.

Ok well i went to take a look and drive both of them today. The blue one has a quite a few scratches on the side panels of the box. Which is kind of a turn off for me. It rides better than the white one and i love the color

Now I'm not sure if this means anything but the white one had what almost looked like permanent marker dot on the inside of the headlight. Now i'm not sure if that possibly means it was in an accident and that headlight had to be replaced. Let me know if any of you have experienced this before.

Suppose i should just get a carfax for both of them to be certain.

I like the white one too... I noticed the ads were from Brickners in Wausau, so I am assuming you are near Wausau? I'm in Wisconsin Rapids.
Lots of good info on this forum

True statement. It's like a virus man. I'm sure as soon as my wallet fills back up a bit, the virus will start digging into it.

Also, make the dealer give you the carfax reports. Most dealers carfax their incoming used vehicles before they even take them in as trades. So they already have them and should be more than willing to hand them over. Every used vehicle I have ever purchased had a carfax report waiting in a file cabinet somewhere and they had no issue handing it over.

If they claim they don't have them, tell them to get them. If they refuse to hand them over, it's because there's something on there you're not going to like.
