Give $7500 - $8500... Grandma get a good price, you get a good deal on what sounds like a sweet truck... and nobody can say Grandma "gave" it to you.

Remember this when buying too, you're getting peace of mind. Vehicles need to be sold lower, in case something goes wrong on it, but if this is that nice, you shouldn't have to worry about sinking any money into it. So that's something to consider also.
Don't lowball her, but don't give out the wazoo to her. The other family members might see that as sucking up, and get jealous on how you try to act like the generous one. To buy it, you need to talk with her, and ask her what sounds fair, and what you think is fair. If she says something a little high, so long as the truck is sound like you say, you shouldn't need that extra money for repairs. Family matters are very iffy, but when taken seriously, they can turn out just fine.
