ok so my name is stevo, im kinda new to the mopar world, i have a 05 single cab ram, 5.7hemi. Now i want to start modifying it, dealing with increasing hp and better accelaration, ima start with a supertruck exhaust, a superchip cortex and a K&N cold air intake...any other ideas? and whats this i hear of a 6.1 cam on a 5.7, how does that work?

Don't forget about the radiator fan to E-fan.

your best bet for more power would be: intake, exhaust, tuner, headers, e-fan, gears. once you got all that stuff you can start worrying about cams, torque converters, super/turbochargers, etc....

Have a goal/plan in mind before you start modding...it'll save you time and money that way. For example if you plan on forced induction down the road I wouldn't buy a CAI...waste of money. Go with lower gears and a tuner that allows custom tunes until you decide for sure.
