lifted 3rd gen with vertical grill
I have seen them on lowered trucks, but this is the first time I have seen it on a lifted truck. Nice looking truck as well.

I am opposite of your opinion, do not care for the grill, but stacks, when not over done, look good.
My only complaint of stacks is most CTD guys think if it is not a diesel it is not a real truck, but then they put stacks in the bed where their cargo, or tool box is suppose to be in a real truck.

I hate the grill, but I like the stacks, although I agree with Lance, you give up too much when you put them in the bed like that.
When I was a kid, my father had a black step side GM. While visiting my uncle (a Dodge mechanic at a dealership) at work one day in the late 70's, he saw a new Dodge Lil Red Truck, which came with stacks on the outside of the bed. He fell in love with the look and set aside a weekend to re-do his exhaust not long after.
I wish I had pics of it, but I don't. For those of you too young to remember, here's the Dodge Lil Red Truck:

I don't hate stacks, I just bought a pickup because I intended to use the bed.
And the grill would look good if it had that design, but horizontal and painted to match the truck.

i'm not diggin that truck at all. I don't even like yellow, but done right it can look good. that big chrome grill looks terrible on an truck that's completely painted a light color.
and yes, stacks are awesome, but why have a truck if you can't use the bed?
