I been shopping around for my Ram tonight, and I have noticed something that I find weird... the 1500 badge on the driver/passenger door.

I know on the 2006 1500 Ram there was the badge that just said "Ram 1500"

I thought that stayed the 2007 Rams as well... I mean I have seen it on just about every 2007 I have ran across that I like...but then tonight and a few times I have been around.... there are the badges on the 2007's that I have seen are the new "RAM" badge that you see on the 08+ models...

Is there a reason to this or what?

Yeah. Guys are putting 08 style badges on their 07's. The 07's did not come with the 08 style badges.

Thats stupid - I hate the new RAM badge...

hense another reason why I am looking at an 06 or 07...

 

i actually like just the RAM badges. less clutter on the door

 

I like it but I choose the inside.

 

08 is unique as it only has RAM on the doors and a smaller BigHorn emblem on the tailgate and nothing on the doors.

09 also just say RAM on the doors, but that's a different animal all together!!

There is a nice looking black 07 around here that is a BIG HORNY edition
