Question Better MPG

IS there anything that I can add to my 5.7L to get better gas mileage? IM going to college that is about an hour away and I want the truck to be just a little better.

lol.

Without utilizing the search option, how much does the e-fan benefit performance/gas mileage?

Nick at airram.com claims about 10RWHP. I'm not sure about the mpg gains you will see with one, hopefully someone who has one will chime in.

its about 18hp at the crank, 10 at the rear wheels. also one of the better mpg mods, netting about 2 mpg.
as for the install, there is a DIY on it...

I heard a TB spacer will add about 40mpg, lol.

But really, its a truck, sell it and by a hybrid.

I was just doing some math on the MPG increase. If you drive 12,000 miles per year and pay $2.50 per gallon of gas, an increase from 16 MPG to 18 MPG would save you about $200 per year.
