Not really, if the resonator (Hemi hat on Hemi powered trucks) is removed and you have an open element filter, it's about as loud as it's going to get.
^ +1. i dont think it matters how big the filter is, the tube is only going to take in as much air as it physically can. Ive got the square type filter and its loud as hell.
It's all about the tube when it comes to sound, not the filter. Most aftermarket intakes will be more or less the same when it comes to sound. The main thing is the removal of the resonator.
