I have always gotten my oil at walmart. But lately I can't find it there. My stock pile is getting low and I am wondering why I can't find it there. Anyone have similar problems or is it just my walmart?

 

Well it depends walmart to walmart - you can find a butt load of it in OK and KS, but CO is a diff story sometimes - I don't even bother with it, I get a oil change for my companies fleet price - even on full synthetics - so I just get it done while Im sittin in my box in Sears at the mall >_<

I've seen it in short supply at Walmart near me too (in MA). They even have a sign still blaming the hurricanes for the short supply - I don't really understand how synthetic oil was effected by the hurricanes, but that's what they say. Last time I checked though, they had replenished the Mobil 1 section there.

 

Advance Auto is running a sale here in NY. Buy 5qts of Mobil 1 Extended or reg. and a Mobil 1 filter for only 29.99. Whne you buy the other 2 qts, you get them at the discounted price so it ends up costing $35 total for 7qts and a filter. I bought 3 oil changes worth for my truck and 4 for my wife. It's all they had...lol Anyways, that's 5cases of 5w-20 reg. they had on the shelf and 5 cases of 5w-30 Extended.

 

i still like my fleet pricing - 3.75/qt for the first 5 qts (since most fleet vehicles r 5 qts, then 1.75/qt after & my oil filter is 2.25 (wicks)

so for less than $27 you get 7 qts mobil1 5-20 with a filter?

 

That is what it would take to change a Ram out so that would be correct - - My balt takes like 5qts. Any of my vehicles I bring in get that rate. Perks of the job I guess.

 

My walmart has it all the time. I just bought some last weekend for the wife's hemi jeep gc.
