the u-jointgs may LOOK good but did you go down under the vehicle and actually put it in neutral and then grab the drive-shaft with both hands( with one on on shaft and the other on the other shaft) and move them back and forth(away and toward each other)?.the only reason i'm asking is i've had alot of people tell me its not the u-joints cause they look good and then i climb down there and do that ands it turned out to be the u-joints all along.and i's check the one by the rear end really good,Thoose are the one that usually go out first.especially if you do alot of towing.

OK they put in a new drive shaft in under warranty and it help out a lot with the Vibration. I only get very little now at 60mph. Before 60mph and after I do not feel the vibration.
I am thinking of getting road force balancing to see if it will help.

Angry Major vibrations

I am currently an owner of a 2005 Ram 1500 with 75000 miles on her. Approximately 2 weeks ago I have been getting a really bad vibration while accellerating, its really annoying more than anything. I have checked the U joints, they look good. I took it in and had the tires rebalanced and rotated but with no different results. when in overdrive and I punch it, a squeeking sound seems like it is coming from the rear end. If anyone has any advice, Please help. I really do not want to change over to a Ford!

It dose sounds like you need to replace the U-joints. I have found that it is mostly the rear joints that go bad. The best way is to remove the four pain in the A$$ bolts. Then see if you can feel the rear u-joints are binding up.
