Question Better flow and performance?

I am trying todecide on which muffler would be a better choice for performance between the flowmaster 50 hd or a magnaflow 12258 for my 07 hemi. I have a original 40 now and I like the sound but know I can get better flow with either the 50 hd which is made for the hemi or a magnaflow. I did a search up top but c ouldnt find a number on the magnaflow people were running or much info on the 50 hd. If anyone has any info that can help me out with this please let me know.
Thanks

Flowmaster=less flow than stock gigantic muffler
Magnaflow=free flow

HP to be had...minimal anyways Catbacks are for sound not major power. Go with what you like the sound of because you won't feel much if any power diff with seat of the pants

The Magnaflow is definately more free flowing than the flowmaster. Unless you have a cam or something that needs to breathe, neither will make a significant difference either way. The noise will make you feel faster though. A good CAI like a vararam or a BFI may benefit from the catback, the jury is still out.

Magnaflow...they sell their mufflers by length so the shorter the louder it'll be

I have a k&n intake already and like the sound of the flowmaster just trying to get a little more out of it. I like the sound of the flowmaster but does droan inside pretty bad like most flowmasters do. The place that installed my flowmaster said he could change it with a magnaflow 12258 for $120 just trying to see if it will make any difference and will be worth the $
