This way you don't load your factory wiring with the load of the high beams and the fog lights. This is about double the amps and would probably not be a problem but I personally would not take the chance of frying the high beam circuit.

I added the factory dodge fog light kit to my truck (my truck was already pre wired). When I had my service manager friend turn them on, I saw the screen that asked if we wanted the fog lights to stay on with the high beams (mine do). So the dealer can do it for you.

Also, we tried to turn on the daytime running lights, but he didn't have the right program.

I see the two relays, but where exactly on each relay do I attach it to. Sorry. I am not the best at transferring it from a picture to real life.

The control module (TIPM?) does it. My bullydog programmer enabled it. So, yes, the dealer should also beable to do so... whether they will or not, I'm uncertain.

Yes this is TIPM controlled on '06+ Rams and can be turned on with the Starscan tool. On earlier Rams, can be done by connecting the relays...

A dealer or anyone with the scan tool can enable it in 02-05's, it just has to be set to 'export' in the computer.

The reason why they don't sell trucks or the dealership won't set up your truck to run with the high beams and the fogs on at the same time; is because it is illegal. DOT sets the standards for all lights. The height of the beams, total wattage ect. In Fact if you are running a 2500, or 3500 a DOT officer can cite you. Trucks at those weights are considered commercial.
