Well getting them apart was so problem but putting them back together ended up damaging the O rings in the couplers. I didnt know this until we went down the road and had a strong smell of gas. I called the dealership and they would only sell the fuel rail assembly which was WAY more than what I needed and was about 300 bux. I ended up going to Autozone and getting some rubber fuel line and clamps for about $5. I cut the couplers off and slipped the hoses on, clamped them down and 3-4 years later she still has the car and never an issue.

Glad you got yours fixed though.
Ya know its funny but thats pretty much what I thought the garage would do....it was his idea to replace the line with genuine parts. He just figured that it wouldnt be that much different in price and would be alot safer. Really it didnt end up costing me that much more, maybe an extra $60 bucks which I pretty much made back when I bitched about the delay and they threw in a lube oil filter.

Thanks again for any and all repsonses....GREAT FORUM

Cheers!
