It is tough to tell from the video but it sounds like a really loud hemi tick. Is there a way to get a video without the camera in the wheel well, maybe just standing next to the truck so we can get a better idea of what it sounds like?

Hmm...that makes me a little sick if it's the engine. Ok, I will go do a video from a little further away so it's not so skewed.

Don't get yourself sick, the Hemi tick is very common.

Alright, I shot this video from both sides of the truck about two feet away. Definitely sounds like its coming from the block..

It is still tough to tell but to me it sounds like you have a really loud hemi tick in your engine. If that is what it is, it is one of the louder hemi ticks I have heard. There was a service bulletin for this floating around somewhere at one point but I don't know where it is. Maybe of you do a search you can find it.

What kind of oil you runnin in her? Like RH said if you aint runnin a good brand of synthetic oil I would try it. I had the Hemi tick when I first got my truck, went to Royal Purple and its all but gone now.

I have no idea what oil is in the truck, I just bought it a week ago and they just did the oil change, I'm assuming with conventional. I've never heard of a newer vehicle ticking so loud. I usually use amsoil. I'm not comfortable with it though, it's very bothersome. I'm just going to bring it back on Monday and show him what I'm talking about. So what exactly is a Hemi tick?

I mean, am I going to be stuck with a brand new truck with a ticking engine? What would they even need to do to fix this problem?
