o and make sure u take that magnum 4.7 hat off the top of your motor. thats what makes the thing quiet!! well less quiet anyways.
So, you used a flexible rubber 90 degree bend?
As far as the 4.7 hat...here is what I have made so far. I am debating taking the one 90 degree out and putting in another 2 - 45's so that it isnt such a sharp bend. I dont know how much of a difference that will make though since there are tons of crazy bends in the stock system as it is. Not to mention the corrugated flexible tubing they use that cant be all that great for airflow either.
try to not make so many bends.. the less tubing the better the air flow.. i just made mine over the weekend heres what mine looks like.. (not painted yet) your truck will sound so bad *** when all completed and on..

I got a quick question....what kind of connection is made with the actual throttle body? What I'm basically trying to ask is how does it stay connected to the throttle body.
the rubber on my filter keeps it proped up.. there is absolutly no movement to the intake so i didnt have to make a support.. i have no problems at all

You can use a 3" ABS rubber coupling for the throttle body attachment. I am reusing the stock rubber coupling that attached the resonator to it. It fits pretty good and you only have to add one gear clamp to it.
