Fog Lights ??

Question Fog Lights ??

The truck I have didn't come with fog lights and was wondering is the wireing there for them if I get the factory lights and the switch?

dodge dealership also has wiring for the fog lites and i believe it coms with a switch but i think u hav 2 buy the fog lites seperate.

If you have an SLT model, you are probably already wired for it. Jump under your truck tomorrow, and see if there is a harness loosely hanging near the fog lamp bezel, on the driver side, if I remember right. If so, you are pre-wired. Buy the lights, bezels, and switch.

Remember, you will probably have to take the truck to the dealership, and have them activate your fogs, just another way to get a few more bucks, I guess.

If you are prewired, heres a decent deal on the kit. I havent seen em cheaper but looking around never hurts.

only prob with that kit semigod is that its for a 06-08. I have no idea if there is a difference. But blackram has a 05

02-08 all use the same fog lights. Only the headlights changed in 06, then again in 07. I was going to suggest ebay for your light kit. That's where I got mine from. Finally got around to having the dealer activate them in the computer and wasn't even charged for it. Service advisor told me it would be $80 to have a technician do it but he could "try" and do it for free. Of course I let him try but what if he screws something up while he's trying kept going through my mind. I guess that's what warranties are for.

I just installed that set from the same place,Mopar2u.com on my 05 ST. Took 30 minuntes start to finish. Complete kit with all lights switches wires bolts etc. Nice looking when done! 131.000 shipped to Illinois!
