Yeah I got a guy around here that has been doing them for a long time and he's only charging me $500 for labor for the install. He said it would probably end up taking a day and a half to do it if that so that will be nice. I simply dont want to do it by myself, maybe after I have helped him out a little I'll be a little more confident on what needs done and how but for now I'll let him do it. As far as pricing goes, the setup Im getting is $410 shipped, 6.1 exhaust valves/retainers/rods $125 (best price I have found so far if anyone has a place cheaper let me know), and as far as tuning is concerned the cam Im getting will run with my SC. So really for just the cam/parts/install Im looking at just over a grand.

Where are you getting your springs, retainers and push rods from? I am going to start accumulating the parts I need for my swap and am trying to get ideas of who has good prices.

I just got a quote from the dealerships parts department. Figured that be the best place to start.

Default Cam

What would it cost to get an 03 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi with cold air Intake, longtube headers and aftermarket super 40 magnaflow exhaust cammed out? My current gears are 3.96 but gonna switch up to 4.10 or 4.56 gears I'm looking at doing a 273 cam. I also am running a diablo tuner.

Depends on labor rates in your area. 8 to 10 hours labor, at least, plus parts.

Default wondering the same for my 2500

I got a 04 ram 2500 I inherited from my rents, 5.7 hemi. Doesn’t have MDS. Wanted to put the pro cam stage 3 cam for 5.7 with spring kit in it. Just wanted some input on prices, maybe some advice? Thanks in advance😁

Gonna need a custom tune with that cam as well. Otherwise, it won't run worth beans.
